Important information regarding the AGM

Despite a lot of time and effort being put into organising Thursday’s Annual General Meeting (a constitutional requirement for the running of the group) not a single parent or carer showed up and only two apologies were received. A letter is being sent to all parents and carers inviting them to a further meeting next month when a parent committee must be formed to allow the Clackmannan Scout Group to continue running.
